6061 Aluminum Rectangle Tubing

• We stock a mixture of 6061 and 6063 Aluminum Rectangular Tube.
• You will receive either 6061 or 6063, depending on available stock.
• If you prefer one grade over the other, please let us know, and we will accommodate your request.

6061 Aluminum:

• Primarily used in structural applications.
• Good mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance.
• Known for strength and versatility in a variety of applications.

6063 Aluminum (T-52 Alloy):

• Primarily used in architectural applications such as window frames, door frames, and roofs.
• Contains magnesium and silicon as alloying elements.
• Heat treatable and weldable.
• Smooth surface ideal for anodizing.
• Offers very good corrosion resistance, medium fatigue strength, and good cold formability.
